Sending a TRacker Back to us
If you need to return a tracker to us, you can find details below on where and how to send it. We have tracker fleets in several locations around the world, so please ensure that you return the tracker to the correct location. If in doubt, please contact us to confirm before despatching the tracker.
Whichever address you are posting your tracker back to, please ensure the following:
- The tracker is in the same state as when you received it
- It is adequately to protected using bubble wrap, foam or something similarly padded
- Use a tracked delivery service and share the tracking number with us and add our email address
- The USB cable is included (if provided)
Using an insured service is highly recommended; please be aware that the tracker is your responsibility until it arrives back with us.
Follow My Challenge EU
If you took part in an event within mainland Europe then please return your tracker to FMC EU. If your event was in a non-EU country then the event organiser may have specific return instructions – please check first before despatching.
if you are returning home to a non-EU country (e.g. the UK) then please post back your tracker before you depart the EU. Otherwise, there is a risk that we will be charged import fees and these will be passed on to you.

Do not use GLS as they do not deliver to our address.

If you took part in an event within the UK, or your trip started there, then please return your tracker to FMC UK.
if you are returning home to another country (e.g. in the EU) then please post back your tracker before you depart the UK. Otherwise, there is a risk that we will be charged import fees and these will be passed on to you.
