introducing the GL320MG

Explore the features of this little tracker that make it so popular

The Queclink GL320MG is a versatile, reliable GPS tracker that combines advanced connectivity features with user-friendly design. Its global cellular coverage, adjustable settings and durable build make it ideal for a wide range of events, from day-long ultra marathons to week-long bikepacking races. The GL320MG has even tracked cross-continental and round-the-world records.

Often compared, with SPOT and Garmin inReach satellite trackers, Queclink GL320MG trackers are very different devices. Rather than being SOS devices that also offer tracking, they are instead built entirely around tracking performance and functionality, allowing for a variety of additional features.

The GL320MG was developed from the previously popular GL300W, an older device that was designed to work across 2G and 3G networks. It was preceded by the GL310MG, which quickly evolved into the GL320MG with a few small upgrades and more advanced firmware.

Key Features

Accurate GPS Tracking

Offering precision of up to 2.5 metres, the GL320MG delivers highly reliable and accurate location data.

Reliable Data Transmission

If the tracker loses cellular signal, it buffers the data and sends it as soon as the connection is restored, ensuring that no location information is lost. This is vital for events and races where validating participants’ routes is critical to the integrity of results.

Global LTE Cat M1/NB2 Connectivity with 2G Fallback

The GL320MG is equipped with global LTE Cat M1/NB2 connectivity, ensuring smooth performance worldwide. Its 2G fallback feature enables it to maintain communication even in areas with limited network coverage, making it highly reliable for long-distance events.

Multidirectional Aerial

Thanks to its multidirectional aerial and transmission of data over the cellular network, the GL320MG works efficiently in various orientations. It can be stored in a jersey pocket, hydration pack, or mounted on a bike without losing its ability to accurately transmit data.

USB-C Rechargeable

The tracker is USB-C rechargeable, eliminating the need for disposable batteries. A full charge provides up to six days of usage, depending on the ping interval, ensuring reliable operation for long-term events and tracking applications.

Lightweight and Compact

At just 93 grams and with dimensions of 40mm x 27mm x 78mm, the GL320MG is compact, lightweight, and easy to mount or carry.

Constant Server Communication

The GL320MG maintains continuous contact with our server, allowing for remote diagnostics and on-the-go adjustments to settings like GPS ping frequency during events. This ensures smooth operation and adaptability without needing physical access to the tracker.

Adjustable Ping Interval

The tracker allows for an adjustable ping interval, making it adaptable to a wide range of event formats, from endurance racing to real-time asset monitoring. This flexibility enables users to optimise power consumption or frequency of updates based on the specific requirements of their event.

Smart Power Management

It automatically enters standby mode when idle and wakes up when movement is detected, helping to conserve battery life during periods of inactivity. The tracker also makes use of the latest eDRX cycling to reduce power consumption.

Durable and Weather-Resistant

The GL320MG is designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +55°C and is water-resistant when the USB port cover is properly sealed.

Programmable Function Button

The front-facing button is programmable for custom functions, such as triggering geofenced cloaking to hide a participant from the public map while within a fixed radius.
