Event participants can now find their tracker IDs in the map leaderboard, where the will be displayed as a tag beside their name. This numerical ID corresponds with the physical labels on the trackers distributed at the start of events, allowing participants to verify for themselves that they have been given the correct device.
Want to see how your own past route compares to an event’s or to a rider’s free route choice? You can now overlay GPX files on the map within your browser. This allows you to compare saved routes with any routes or tracks visible on the map. To do this, simply upload a GPX file

Participants and organisers often find themselves in remote areas, with slow or limited network coverage. This can make loading our tracking maps difficult on the move. All our maps have the ability to save participants as favourites, but this is saved to that device only. Now, you can share your favourites to another device – or with another person – by copying a unique URL with this data embedded in it. Simply click this link on another device and your favourites
You can now open a Google Maps Street View directly from a participant’s track by clicking on a waypoint and then clicking on the “Streetview” button. This will open Street View of that location in a new tab, if data exists. This is ideal for free route events, where participants’ success may be partly dependent
All fixed route maps now have the option to display surface data by default, which is ideal for mixed-surface and off-road events. Our custom-built surface detection algorithm uses OpenStreetMap (OSM) data to ascertain the surface type of every point along a preloaded route, falling back on best-guess deduction from other fields when surface data isn’t
