Our maps and trackers now work together to allow participants to temporarily hide their location – typically for personal safety reasons. To enable this, the participant holds down the function button on their tracker (only Queclink GLXXX models), which triggers our platform to create a geofence around that location, hiding any pings within a certain radius.
This feature is currently in beta mode and undergoing testing. It is not active on all maps currently and will only be enabled if organisers request it.
