About FMC Canary Islands
Follow My Challenge Canary Islands was established in 2022 by Matteo Minelli, primarily to provide tracking for the hugely popular GranGuanche Audax series, which he founded. These self-supported events take riders across the islands, hopping from one to the next by ferry, and have become a favourite winter/spring escape for European bikepackers and ultracyclists.

FMC Canary IslandsLike everybody else, Matteo learned to ride a bike as a kid, and never quit. After many years and countless miles, he is still amazed by the gyroscopic balance given by the spinning wheels, the instant pleasure of moving forward pushing on the pedals, the endless freedom of climbing mountains and crossing the landscape.
Matteo is in the Canary Islands and he is the man behind the GranGuanche route and Audax events.
